Friday - Cook lots of gorgeous things as a birthday gift for my friend - red pesto, butterscotch sauce, red onion marmalade, balsamic reduction.
Saturday - go down to Cork for above friend's birthday party
Sunday - come back from Cork and do nothing for the rest of the day.

I spent a fortune on ingredients.

Friday /// recovering from getting absolutely f***ed last night, remaining bedbound for the majority of the day while engaging in mildly homoerotic flirting, "jc'ing with bae"
Saturday /// (T)working 8-4, what a way 2 make a livin
Sunday /// Due to geographical constraints, I'm not required for Mother's Day, so probably just wallowing in self-pity around the house. Other activities planned for the day include wondering why this is seemingly the only thread that I post in and shaking it on the street for coins
