How will this affect Kylie and others ? Could be good news as all weekend TV performances will be counted in that weeks chart with releases now on a Friday rather than a Sunday...... rather than being often released on a Sunday and often Friday/Saturday media not being fully impacted until week 2 of release

It's hard to say if this will affect Kylie or not, because she's unlikely to chart with anything in this day and age full stop.

Pity it didn't happen earlier this year as 'Right Here Right Now' was released on a Friday and would've scraped into the Top 100 had the chart run from Fri-Thurs

Well Kylie's promo is more likely to be on a Friday and Saturday on a TV performance... so that would be better as promo would be at start of the week.....and if released on same day across the world then less likely she can f*ck up releases lol

It will probably have minimal impact to be honest unless Kylie has a major hit which is unlikely.
