It's scary how difficult Scotland's group is in comparison to Wales and Northern Ireland.

It's alarming to see Belgium struggle so much, they've got such an incredible team and I'm backing them to win the Euro Championship. I'm guessing Wales will at least manage third which will be enough to make the play offs and same applies for Northern Ireland.

England have 100% qualified already for France meaning that Scotland and Ireland will battle it out for top 3 as I'm sure Germany will win the group and I have no idea who will finish second and third tbh. Poland got a massive point in Ireland while Scotland got a massive point in Poland. I'm sure Scotland could manage at least third tbh.

I'm quite confident that most of them can - it's unlikely Scotland and Ireland will both qualify (as they'll probably finish 3rd & 4th unless Scotland can win against Poland) so I'll just have to hope that Scotland finish higher.

BUMP:

Wales currently 1-0 up against Belgium in tonight's qualifier thanks to a Gareth Bale goal.

What do people think the score will be between Republic of Ireland v Scotland tomorrow and also Northern Ireland's match with Romania?

What a result that is for Wales! Take a pretty catastrophic run of results for them to miss out now...

Shite - not good enough for Ireland better side but not enough quality up front. If we take 6 points from Georgia and Gibraltar in sept it could be interesting but need someone to drop points in Tblisi which I think may happen.

Massive result for Scotland. The fixtures are in our favour now with Germany, Poland at home with Georgia and Gibrlator away!

I think realistically that 7 points is achievable as long as we beat Poland!

I'm sure we can rely on Scotland struggling to beat Gibraltar laugh.gif

Sterling and Townsend starting for England today but Walcott benched.

Would love to know the logic behind that one...

Townsend has an impressive record for England but yeah not sure why Sterling's there.

Either way seems to be a lot of people are making a fuss over the line up but it's Slovenia away at the end of the day...

Slovenia aren't a bad side though. I count them on a similar threat level as Switzerland.

And they've just proved their worth!

Also, EXTREMELY small niggle but when the new site comes along does anyone know if there will be a change in the way the "multiple choice" poll percentages are calculated.

Just I think it's weird seeing that every single person who has voted has said England will qualify but the percentage seems to be taking it as a total of every vote rather than the number of voters. unsure.gif

Fantastic game in the final third. Pure drama. Wilshere had a fantastic match. Jones much less so. That throw in...

Wilshires second was exquisite I have to say. Strange England dominated so much and yet conceded twice somehow.

Tomorrow sees Wales with a great chance of making a big leap into qualifying for Euro 2016 if they beat Cyprus.

England & Wales will qualify I think and it will be nice to see Wales in a major tournament after such a long time.
