Does anyone take part in yoga?

I've tried yoga once. My cousin was training to be a yoga instructor and needed someone to teach, so I gave it a go. It's not really my thing but I'd try it again! My flexibility is just awful so it'd probably help me a lot in that regard.

Ah see I'm quite flexible so I think it might be good for me. I was reading in to it earlier, and I was surprised by how much it relaxes people. I just hope my class is not filled with middle aged women!

It's supposed to be utterly brilliant for you. Not just in terms of flexibility but it's supposed to do wonders for your core and strength too.

I'm surprised too! I was too worried about messing up to relax properly. tongue.gif I know quite a few people my age that are really into yoga, so with any luck you'd have people your age there with you!

Such a pretentious tumblr hippie Coachella flowercown girl thing to do yet so fulfilling, something everyone should really open their heart to

I've been doing yoga for about four years and enjoy it so I say go for it! There are different types too, some poses are more relaxing, some more strengthening etc.

Yeah the class I go to used to have both men and women, but this year it was just women (not all middle aged) and me. I don't know why all the other guys suddenly stopped doing it. Maybe they'll return, I dunno. But even if it is all women, who really cares? You're doing it for you.
