Little Mix track sounds so dated, I can hear 60s track Be My Baby in places
 Pleased to see Lapsley in your chart, I love that track, I wish I used the track in BJSC myself now, but I thought the track would get disqualified. Mind you 4 other members wanted to use it, bloodbath...

 Haven't heard the new LM song yet, is it good? Sia's one is pretty good but I'm not sure if she'll get close to Chandelier standards tbh Haven't heard Sam Smith yet either. ffs all these Spotify only songs  For me Kid Ink songs sound samey samey to me. Show Me is a tune though

Little Mix have a big debut for me too; the track was just so astounding on first listen and I can't get enough of it now! Really digging the 60s girl band vibes and it just screams huge number one and album seller to me. Similarly, Sia's new single had a great effect on me - I thought the vocals to 'Chandelier' were impressive when I first heard it but she really blows me away with 'Alive'. I think it's fantastic how technically imperfect her voice is as it feels so much more powerful and raw and I'd much rather listen to that than a technically perfected voice. Enjoying the new Bond theme too, I personally like Sam's higher vocals and I think the production from Disclosure is just so classic Bond. Will sound fantastic in the cinema! |

not really keen on Ellie's new song sadly. i feel like it's quite disappointing. and I'm not keen on Little mix's new single either  such a shame aftershock Magic and their promo track.

Heyyy Josh!
Very much approve of your entire top 10 (well, minus 'Alone No More' as I'm unfamiliar, and '679' as I haven't yet got past Fetty's ~distinctive~ yodel-esque? vocals on that one). 'On My Mind' is very enjoyable (particularly the verses) and a solid lead single by most standards, but I have to admit it's a little underwhelming coming from Ellie. Was hoping for something more inspired but I'm sure there'll be other stuff on the album fitting the bill. I'm kinda fascinated by her career and looking forward to seeing what direction her music will take and how it's/she's marketed from here on out. 'Love Me Like You' is wonderful - what a chorus! I can see it being a big moment in Little Mix's career (in the UK at least) over the coming months, especially with it sounding so seasonal. 'Do It Again' and 'Stitches' have both been growing on me a lot over the last while. Really hoping the latter goes top 10 over in the US as I can't stand a great song stalling at #11.  Gah, 'Runnin'' is stunnin' . It absolutely blew me away on first listen. I think it's just one of those tracks where every element (the two vocalists, lyrics, production) complements the others perfectly.
