I will spend the morning with myself and my presents because that didn't happen today (only just thrown on the new Corrs album FFS) and will turn up at my parents in time for food.

Boxing Day is usually celebrated in our family by having scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast then going for a walk.

I am always at my grandparents on boxing day, and it's normally a cold lunch followed by presents and often a game where I get rather competitive with my siblings kink.gif been doing it for so long it wouldn't feel like boxing day without it!

My nan and grandad on my dad's side always come up to visit on Boxing Day! Aside from that we don't have any traditions per se. Everyone ended up being too tired after a while tonight though, so I imagine tomorrow will end up being Trivial Pursuit round 2 *.*

It's my grandad's birthday on Boxing Day so we always go for lunch for his birthday, which is nice as it's my grandad on the other side of the family that I don't spend Christmas with so it kind of always makes it almost another Christmas.

Also Boxing Day evening if for going out and spending waaaaay too much of your Xmas money on a night you will probably want to forget. Will definitely be having one of those again tomorrow as well.

lol at no one voting for "ecieve a "Christmas Box" from your bosses/employees" laugh.gif it's why it's called Boxing Day according to Wikipedia magic.gif
I went for the first option btw (although I realise there's not much of a gap between that and the Easter Monday option now that I think about it kink.gif the only difference for me is that there are more amounts of leftover chocolate consumed than proper meals! laugh.gif

Boxing Day is basically like another Christmas Day for me. We see either my mum or my dad's side on Christmas Day, then the other side on Boxing Day (it swaps each year).

Right, I'm officially boycotting family until New Years at the most after today. They've done nothing but be a huge pain in my arse over the last 4 days and I really think being alone at Christmas could be more my thing right as its been those moments this year where I've had the most fun.

On Boxing Day I like to stay true to the spirit of the day and lace up some gloves and go box.

I put myself down to work, but wasn't given a shift! laugh.gif
So, I went to see Daddy's Home with my brother and then my grandad came over for our Christmas dinner because we never have it on the day itself.
Since, I've just been relaxing, eating and watching telly. Perfect heart.gif
