Do you do eat for comfort? Pretty sure we ALL do but what are your go to snacks and treats when you're feeling just a little shitty.

I ask because it's been a LOOOONG day and so i've rushed down to get some chicken and mushroom pies to gorge on tonight :') I usually go for the biscuits and have a huge tin next to my bed for emergencies or I do chocolate but i've felt the overwhelming urge to have pies and pasties to comfort my grumpiness.

So do you do it? Do you want to stop? Is there anything more comforting? With post-Christmas junk everywhere, are you doing it now more than ever? What food never fails to make your mood better? So many questions ;o

I've not really needed food for comfort for a while, I just naturally pig out anyway oops. laugh.gif

But in the cases when I have turned to food for comfort, it will always be chocolate or just sweets in general. Chocolate will always lift my mood.

Cool Original Doritos or Nutella/Marshmallow Fluff toasties.

Or a kebab pizza if I was feeling really disgusting. laugh.gif

Comfort food in combination with comfort shopping is a really great way to release stress mellow.gif

(I don't really eat when I feel shit, not more than I usually do at least)

I've been eating so much rubbish over Christmas but it's slowed down now thankfully. Have a load of chocolate next to my desk which I've barely touched cause I only like a small bit of chocolate at a time drama.gif

"Drunk" food like kebabs, chips, or greasy burgers, even if I'm sober. That or ice cream.
