Whenever I'm up between 6 AM - 8:30 ish AM I flick between these two programmes but I can't really decide which programme I prefer.

Good Morning Britain seems to be more of a light hearted type of programme and they have more attractive presenters (and a very attractive weather girl). But BBC Breakfast always has the time on screen unlike Good Morning Britain when advert breaks are on and they give useful travel updates frequently, especially for the tube.

I usually watch the Dutch news or Goodmorning Britain, I find BBC Breakfast a bit boring and I really like Laura the weather girl from GMB. Whenever I have a day off I watch GMB-Lorainne-Jeremy Kyle-This Morning.

Good Morning Britain is a load of nonsense with awful egotistical presenters. Who'd choose to watch Piers Morgan in the morning?

Always BBC Breakfast. No ad breaks, good regional updates and actual news. And the presenters don't make the show about them.

I always felt that BBC Breakfast was very boring. At least GMB occasionally brings out Andi Peters.

In the rare chances I ever get to watch, it's always BBC Breakfast. It's informative and fun, but without all the filler crap that bogs down almost every other morning show. Plus no adverts.

Those are the two and a half hours of the day I'm awake the least at. I haven't watched either for ages. Actually, I don't think I've ever purposefully watched Good Morning Britain. BBC Breakfast is the sort of thing I'd be happy to be awake for if I considered watching TV in the morning a priority. So that one.

Or at any time of day really laugh.gif

Neither for me, don't really do TV in the morning. Either be asleep, at work already or if I'm up getting ready for work I'll only be looking at the laptop if there's time.

Aside from the obvious, I find Piers Morgan quite captivating to watch. Getting him on that show was a good idea really (unless the figures have gone down, I wouldn't know).

On the occaisions I need to be up that early I usually don't have a TV in the house. When I do have the TV on at that time of the morning though it's BBC Breakfast without fail.

I used to watch Good Morning Britain under its GMTV and Daybreak guises (moreso the former) back in the school days. Tbh I think I felt a bit sorry for it 'cause all I would EVER see is how much its viewing figures were falling even after presenter switch up #264828628. This was hard to avoid when my mum always bought magazines with the likes of Fern gastric band woman or Coleen Nolan on the front. These days I allow myself so little time to get ready that I choose neither.

(Also, what Lee said when I actually have extra time in the morning. Ain't nobody got time for actually getting up to get the remote)

When I'm up at 6am for my Early shifts at work, I always choose GMB. I like BBC Breakfast but I just take a preference to ITV for my daytime viewing.
