The last.fm thread brought up this idea. It could be anything from an old feature on a website to a product that is no longer available, to a TV show (such as Buffy/Charmed unsure.gif) to something more personal. Sorry if this is sad for people, but you can keep it light if you wish.

I don't play computer games at all anymore, but for years I have missed this online puzzle game (I'm sure there are similar games but I can’t find one and I need that one) where there was a ball and you had to guide it to the end zone through obstacles etc tongue.gif What I loved most of all was that there was a feature that allowed you to make your own levels as well. The site ranked the levels from 'simple' to 'extreme' based on difficulty. My friend and I used to challenge each other with the game a lot, including with some 'extreme' levels that we had made. I really miss it :'( It has just disappeared off the face of the planet internet. It sounds like such a basic game, and it was in theory, but there was thinking involved and it was just awesome in its own basic way. It would've been nice if Buzzjack people got to challenge each other with it.

Other things from my past I seem to be able to let go of now, just not that game :')

I still miss the chart being on a Sunday a lot! What really brought me to this site properly was being able to comment in the Sunday thread weekly. Nowadays having a 9-5 Friday Uni schedule means I never get to listen to it live anymore. sad.gif That was a huuuuge part of my life.

Internet-wise I miss Piczo, Bubblegum Club games arcade, Girlsense and the old last.fm as you brought up!

Hannah Montana

Can't believe it's been 10 years. I was watching the first episode and I felt like I was 10 and had a giant crush on Miley Cyrus all over again.

I miss the chart show being interesting. sad.gif The new presenters don't inject life/fun into it like Jameela or even Reggie did, and now that it's just the top 25 played in full the songs that make a brief appearance in the lower end only get 5 seconds of airtime - and of course the chart is slower than ever.

also I miss the big plug dj sessions. Other than BJSC listenthroughs we don't seem to get those anymore and only a few people go on and often it's people who's music taste isn't very compatible with my own.

Yea will keep this one light as we all have people we miss for one reason or another :')

Desperate Housewives tv show wise, my favourite character from The 100 mellow.gif New Paramore music, ermmmmm probably like everything I was into as a child, particularly the sports and stuff that I did and then ofc the website me and Lotti met on as 12/13 year olds that shut down after four years laugh.gif it would just be cool to still have all that to go back to for the sake of memories etc as we were part of an online community there, even though it was a silly game, that still managed to be a thing, a bit weirdly so in hindsight but its amazing to think that I have the best friendship I could ever have hoped for through that laugh.gif

Being youthful and a lot younger. I wouldn't exactly say 21 is old, but there is something quite contrasting between that and being say 7 or 8 and not having the responsibilities of rent, cooking, cleaning, running your own life, etc. Everything back then seemed so much simpler and straight forward as to now having to juggle three different entities (work, volunteering and uni) ontop of everything else on a day to day basis which obviously would be irrelevant at such a young age. Bleak I know but oh well!

They were sweets biggrin.gif The fruit ones were the most popular and the mint ones were nice too. Some of the other flavours were not so good.

They were certainly around in the 70s (and the 60s). I'm not sure when they disappeared.

According to wiki "Spangles were discontinued in 1984, and briefly reintroduced in 1995." Don't remember the reintroduction at all.

Xtra Vision. You don't realise how much you miss not being able to rent a DVD until all the shops in Northern Ireland that do so shut down.

Also on the chocolate side, Astros and Taz Bars. Caramel Freddos aren't fooling anybody.

I've got a vague recollection of an attempt to bring them back. Unfortunately, the people who used to buy them were rather too old by then sad.gif

The mint ones were a bit like square Polos. Their legal team must have decided that a square mint with a hole wouldn't get them into any trouble laugh.gif

A good Saturday morning show like SM:TV or Live&Kicking/Going Live! I just miss having a show like that to watch when waking up on a Saturday morning.

I still see these in the many South African shops around London (and buy them occasionally).
