Currently I'm really TRYING to eat three meals a day, as usually I skip breakfast, but this is a bad habit for me laugh.gif . If I wake up late though then I'll just have brunch, and then dinner later.

I thought this thread was going to be about something else and I was gonna have to murder a few people again. (Skype hens you know what I mean) ((and bipolar angel you're safe from my wrath x))

I don't think I ever have 3 proper meals. I will have either breakfast or lunch or sometimes neither, but very rarely both.

Depends on the day for me! On a work day, I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner like clockwork, but on the weekend/during the holidays my pattern is all over the place and I just kinda eat when I'm hungry laugh.gif Dinner is the only constant one. Tend to wake up after lunch ph34r.gif

Can vary and depend if I'm at work, and also depends what constitutes a 'meal'. I always have breakfast even if this is just a cereal bar, don't always have lunch depending on what I'm doing (eg. I've been to the cinema today and had a bag of Cadbury buttons but that doesn't count as a meal) but I always try and eat something in the evening, even if it's just a cheese twist from Sainsburys like now.

3 meals. Always without fail porridge for breakfast - with some chopped up fruit on top or cinnamon/raisins.

Lunch is usually a sandwich or some soup, and then a proper cooked meal in the evening. Porridge is good as it is slow release and it easily stops me snacking and usually ensures I won't get hungry until well after 1.

I always eat something as soon as I wake up, but it can be too late to be called breakfast kink.gif so it's normally brunch and tea.

I never eat proper breakfast if I have to be somewhere in the morning as I am almost never hungry and it slows my morning routine down a bit, so I often just have a breakfast bar and then lunch and tea as normal.

it used to be 3 proper meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner, never use the word tea because it isn't in a cup mad.gif laugh.gif )

now I basically don't have breakfast, just skip to lunch (doesn't help waking up at like 11:30 haha) and then have dinner.

Used to have four meals actually at my grans, had supper there and not at home. We haven't had cereal for years at my house (mum likes to keep us healthy tongue.gif )

I generally eat lunch (always a couple of toasted sandwiches because routine) when I wake up, then dinner at the normal evening time, and then sometimes, if I feel hungry later, I have a midnight snack that is made up of what normal people eat for breakfast. But mostly 2 meals a day.

(and reading what you guys put, yay I'm not alone in this failure of a schedule)

I always eat breakfast and dinner if I'm working cause I usually work from 6-2, 7-3 or 8-3. So usually eggs and bacon for breakfast at work and then dinner when I get home. If I'm not working I usually don't have breakfast but have lunch and dinner so always two meals a day for me tongue.gif

Depends on the day. I try to eat 3 but I find there's little time for breakfast on a work day. I find this a shame as, when done properly, breakfast is easily my favourite meal. In this country we just don't appreciate it. It's one reason I envy the French.

I usually wake up too late for breakfast, I usually just have lunch and dinner. Except for Fridays when I have Uni as I have to wake up at 6:30 for that.

*TEA.

I'm in the 2 meals a day camp. I don't get hungry until about 1 so I don't bother with breakfast. Tend to feel a bit sick if I have breakfast anyway (no matter what it is) so that's another reason to avoid it!
+ means I can have longer in bed before work which is obvs a bonus.
