Do you use the popular taxi app service? If so has your experience of it been positive or negative?

I love Uber. I have a bad rating now because HausofKubrick would not stay seated. :')

As Uber becomes more popular, the prices are being increased a lot. I remember when I first moved to London a few years ago and Uber was quite new, it was literally so cheap! No surcharges, and they would constantly be giving out free credit to keep your business. Despite this, Uber is just so much easier than a regular taxi. No cash and the drivers are usually very friendly!

I still live too far out into the provinces for Uber to be available to me but when it does I'm down for it.

I can't actually log into my account and no amount of trying to get help seems to resolve the issue sad.gif So instead...

I ruin other peoples' ratings by being unruly in taxis when they've booked it kink.gif blush.gif (sorry!)

it has essentially overturned centuries of objections to labour exploitation and campaigning for the minimum wage by just slapping the word 'app' on it, but hey it's rly convenient

I've not used it yet but they are crawling round Manchester.

Tbh I live practically on top of the metrolink and that's really convenient so will do nicely.

I want to use it when I next spend a few days in Worcester, it sounds really handy for getting around in a city biggrin.gif

Of course the price is another thing - I won't use it too much, I do prefer walking but it sounds nice as a treat smile.gif
