Wasps, mosquitos and flies are evil. Bees and ladybirds are alright though.

We should do an insect rate. tongue.gif

Flies of any kind, wasps (bees are fine tho, just don't piss them off), moths, mosquitoes can sod off, especially at this time of year. Ew.

That said, Praying Mantis' (the photo in my sig is real *.*) ladybirds and butterflies wub.gif I try to never kill insects either if I want them out of the room or anything, poor things will die so quickly out there anyway that you may as well just send them on their way so they can die naturally~

I think they're the same thing, just known as 'ladybugs' in the U.S. and 'ladybirds' in the U.K.!

This is probably a stupid question but are Spiders actually classed as insects? Or are Arachnids a different thing entirely?

Arachnids aren't insects as they have eight legs, rather than six and a different body structure. Two different classes of invertebrates.

Ladybugs are the same thing as ladybirds. And they are one of the best insects.

You might be right but I think they are just called insects for simplicity just like thumbs are often called fingers
