It was "In Rainbows" that Radiohead released on a pay-what-you-want basis, not King Of Limbs, and it did eventually reach #1 once the physical was released. I think the reason KOB only got to #7 is because it was released mid-week, and the physical release didn't follow until several weeks after the download.
