I love both. Prefer chicken livers, nice soft texture. Liver, onions and mash. Yummy.

Yes, I LOVE liver. Not hugely keen on Kidney though, I find the texture to be a bit unpleasant. I do generally enjoy offal, provided it's well seasoned and cooked obv, it makes excellent pate.

I don't mind liver but it is far too chewy for me and I have never tried kidney

I love Liver, not particularly keen on Kidney, unless you are referring to body parts

Basically this. I haven't had liver for such a long time but I remember it often being very chewy, sometimes less so though. My grandmother used to cook me potatoes and liver with a sauce all the time when I was a kid laugh.gif

Basically this thread is a whole bunch of nostalgia.
