Green Thai chicken curry with KALE and rice tonight.

I was at the Officer's mess at an RAF base last night and got something which was far too stodgy and carb heavy for me considering unlike the RAF I was mostly sitting at a computer looking at the weather for them and not running about outside. I tried to cycle it off this evening though.

Depends what environment it's been in for the last two days. If a warm environment then I wouldn't reheat, but if it's chilled & cold then you're probably good!

Had a free barbecue & ice cream get-together from my 'job' as I'm finishing that very shortly so it was one last meeting. Very filling as I haven't been awake for much of today because uh... things.

Also basically means barbecue season has properly started for me. <3

We had hot dogs for my mom's birthday on Sunday! They were delish.

Tonight I had a hamburger with peanut butter. It's a surprisingly good combination, I've even found it at restaurants a couple of times.
