I had a squirrel come in my iamspamspamamiwindow a couple of months ago and maul a cereal packet I'd left out on the side. Left it half shredded (and yes, they were Shreddies now I've chosen that word).

Oh they are very cute and adorable but there's a dark side to the squirrel world.

ha first ever BJSC entry cool.gif

As for the animal, I don't particularly have an opinion on them. It's fun to see one in a tree or something sometimes though.

We live near some woods, we constantly get grey squirrels in our garden we always leave food out for them, they love breakfast cereals more than anything, or anything with Oats. They are so fun to watch especially when a little family of squirrels pop in.

they really are so cute! heart.gif

it's quite odd how some rodents are cute and others are ugly but that's life I guess.

I've found out recently that a squirrel hangs out across the street from my house and I like this. I made a video the other day. I've attempted to do so before but it keeps getting away from me and I just feel kinda bad disturbing animals with cameras anyway lmao, my dog hates the camera as well.

Here's what I captured anywho, it's more of a video of a tree more than anything heehee.gif

When I was staying in Pitlochry - the guesthouse I was staying at had a breakfast area on the first floor with floor to ceiling windows that looked down into a wooded garden with loads of adorable red squirrels running around for the food they put out. The guy also put some whisky and cream in my porridge which made it possibly the best breakfast of the last decade!

When I was cycling one of them on the road did backwards-forwards-backwards-forwards so quickly and so many times that I genuinely thought I was going to hit it. Thankfully he moved away just in time.

In the park the weekend before last I spent 10 minutes watching a man feeding nuts to a squirrel, that had got up on his knee. Cutest thing ever
