hi all,

sso what are everyone's plans for today?

yesterday i ended up spending £200 on cds and dvds (100 each!), i told you i was hooked on shopping

managed to block my own email account yesterday afternoon and spent 4 hours trying to unblock it (thankfully a diffrent one, not the one i use for this site), but that was a pain- even missed emmerdale for it!

today is grocery shopping day- makes a mental note she desperately needs roast potatoes and mint sauce.

weather is cooler than it has been, and that's great- it's still nice, and it's not actually raining (we're talking england here, don't get used to it lol)

anyway no other plans- what about all of you

Hi,

Doing my first BJSC semi listen today (may or may not be present at the plug.dj session, I'll see what I'm thinking later on). Other than that, not a thing planned. Been meaning to watch a movie for the past few days but haven't, I should do it more often cos I do love to get sucked into a storyline and get all ~emotionally involved~ etc, gonna pick something out later possibly.

!!!

Yeah I recently stopped using my iPod cos it broke and I decided to just start using my phone for music (as well as laptop). Each to their own though... I haven't bothered putting many songs on it so far, I'm subscribed to Spotify and have it as an app on my phone so I can use it without having any annoying ads after every three songs and also I can listen to songs on it even when I don't have an internet connection, so I mostly just use that and YouTube now.

Traffic was mental this morning so it took me ages to get into work this morning on the replacement bus service.

Today I'm going to book my trip to London for next week, day trip for work. It's raining here, because Manchester but there is blue skies in the distance so might clear up

I do, yeah I don't own a phone but I have internet access most of the time so I can email/Facebook to contact anyone. And the iPod touch is so much cheaper than the iPhone, just without the phone!

Had a bit of a lie-in today! Going for a walk, then to the shops and that shall be followed by going to the beach.

Just woke up (well about half an hour ago) way too early because of people being noisy outside cry.gif Gonna make work tonight more difficult than it should be.

I've been so tired lately, my body aches so bad I can feel it throbbing and I'm walking around with tears in my eyes most of the time. If people see me, which isn't very often, i don't go out much when I'm like this, I'm worried they'll think the zombie apocalypse has started and try to bash my head in laugh.gif Work load is insane at the moment and I've got a lot going on outside of work too nocheer.gif

Just airing out the megatent ahead of Latitude festival - trying to avoid downing the Prosecco I 'acquired' from the wedding at the weekend in the fridge, and then off into town for some supplies.

Question if anyone knows...how long do passport renewals take to complete? I applied for mine online over the weekend, printed out the forms and sent them back along with my old passport and photos on monday... just wondering what happens next and when I should expect my new passport?

Last time I did mine it took not more than a few weeks - you get a letter confirming you will be sent out a new passport with your old one returned, and it is then sent over a few days later as a Royal Mail recorded delivery.

- The new passports are AMAZING by the way, they have weather fronts on them and weather symbols. biggrin.gif

I'm in Alvor! Glad to hear that you enjoyed Lagos, it's pretty wonderful here as well wub.gif Haven't ventured out of the hotel too much yet as I've been a bit glued to the pool, but the one beach I went to today was beautiful. More exploring to come within the next 8 days! *.*

Cool biggrin.gif

I don't need it in a rush or anything, I'm not going away until next year and I usually holiday in the UK so for the past 8 years my old passport has just been used as ID. I'm actually, sadly, really looking forward to getting my new one laugh.gif
