There are plenty of pet and animal threads on the site but the best pet of all, rabbits, largely get ignored sad.gif Rabbits are incredibly cute and just as friendly as the likes of cats and dogs imo.

I used to have a rabbit called Bruno and he used to just sit with us on the sofa and nibble at carrots and radishes but then he did end up eating the TV cables and that ended up quite expensive so he ended up getting an indoor cage as well as an outdoor cage. I was distraught when he passed away and even paid for him to get cremated so I could keep his ashes (still got them in my bedroom laugh.gif). Circa 2011 picture of him kissing me to showcase the adorable-ness of rabbits !

Has anyone else had/got a rabbit? Aren't they the best? <33

I personally don't have any rabbits. I'd love to have some though. My sister had loads as she homes lots of animals but unfortunately most have sadly passed away :'( I think she just got another one or two to keep her company.. They are so adorable though <3 must get some in the next couple of years, maybe next year once our house is finished being re designed!

Also, we got given our rabbit for free because it continued to have like 200 babies with its own mother and they had to be removed from each other :')

We've got two rabbits, mostly cos my little girl really wanted some. They used to live in an indoor hutch but like you experienced, Josh, they chewed through too many cables and the sofa material and stuff (and not to mention how bad their p*ss smelt if you didn't clean their hutch every day laugh.gif), so they now live in a hutch in the garden. They're really big rabbits, so big that my mate said when he came round that they look like small dogs lol. I'll have to try and upload a pic of them, I think I've got one on my facebook. They are super cute, but they're just not very friendly, and they don't really like being handled which is a shame. I'd love to be able to cuddle them on the sofa without them being forced cuddles sad.gif

Rabbits are adorable. My brother went through a phase of really wanting one when younger, but that fizzled out so I've never owned one.

I really want a house rabbit. My friend has one and it snuggles with his cat. But when he brought it over to mine, my cat tried to eat it, so I don't think it's a good idea sad.gif

I'm surprised your friend's cat and rabbit get on. When I was little, we got a rabbit and within a day of having it, a cat attacked it while it was in the garden, and we had to have it put down sad.gif

My sister once bought the class rabbit home from school and it weed all over my dad's car and she didn't even bother to look after it during the weekend, my poor granddad ended up looking after it! My sister also let it chew the sofa and you can imagine they weren't happy about that either. So we weren't allowed one after that mellow.gif

I keep a rabb.it in my bookmarks basil.gif

We had one given to us years ago and it lived with 2 guinea pigs for a couple of years (and it chased the chickens which was entertaining laugh.gif ) until it seemed to have got stuck under fencing and died, probably of hyperthemia or something. So yeah they're cool cool2.gif

Apparently my sister and I had rabbits when we were tiny, but I was too young to really remember. I enjoy looking at them in the pet store, always liked them.
