Do you ever get the feeling, all this week, I kept on feeling I'm a day behind, today I thought it was a Thursday, its probably because of all the festive period has put me out of whack.

It does happen a lot during the working week where I'll think it's a day later than it is, and itI feel really dismayed.

I was in Waitrose last Tuesday and they had the date on their clock as Wednesday 21 December - I thought I was going mad!

Yeah same here, as soon as I'm off uni my ability to discern what day it is completely shot laugh.gif That's because I tend to use my uni timetable as my calendar so I know it's x day when we have y lecture, but I spend the whole of my summer in a perpetual Sunday where I kind of float through never knowing what day it is.

I struggle to know what day it is with working night shifts normally, but it really messes me up when my routine is changed and I'm working different shifts like I have been over Christmas. Back to normal next week for a few weeks and then I'm off for almost 3 weeks cheer.gif

Yes I have been feeling this struggle quite a bit over the holidays! Like others have mentioned, when I have no Uni routine everything just goes out the window laugh.gif Just tried to recall today's day and only got there quickly because yesterday was Domino's pizza two-for-Tuesday lmaao.

I wouldn't be surprised if in a few days' time we'll all be forgetting what YEAR it is. You know, writing the wrong year on some IMPORTANT DOCUMENT or whatnot. I mean I sometimes briefly (I mean BRIEFLY) forget what year it is even in like September lmao

I suppose the impact is there for a small amount of time before I sleep, but I lose all recollection of what day it is when I wake up again oops. First port of call should always be the shoutbox to jog the memory x

I have turned utterly ridiculous this Christmas. Don't think I've ever ate and drank so much. Or let my sleeping pattern go so easily. Went to bed at 5.30AM this morning and woke up at 2.00PM completely unaware of what day it was or where I was. Going back to work in the New Year is going to HIT ME VERY HARD.

Yes I'm all mixed up with the days this week too. Wasn't sure when I woke up whether it was Wed. or Thu.

I hardly ever have this day confusion problem, although it is hard to lose track when you have a rigid time schedule for the week, which requires you not only to remember what day of the week it is, but whether you're in an even-numbered or an odd-numbered week aswell

Yeah, I thought I had finally sorted this sleep pattern thing down during term time due to me having not much time to do anything but sleep, but as soon as I'm off, I'm going to sleep and waking up late and just finding the days going by where I've done nothing drama.gif January is going to hurt.
