So apparently I chew in my sleep sometimes mellow.gif and have been informed a couple of times that I was making loud noises of discomfort in my sleep before as well. Thankfully I don't snore though.

Have you guys been informed of any slightly out of the ordinary things you do in your sleep? Talking, walking, chewing ( :') ) like myself?

Or are there any slightly unusual routine things you have to do when you sleep, like having to face a certain way?

I sleeptalk. A lot. (Unsurprisingly 😂)

I've also supposedly screamed really loudly in my sleep as well a few times!!

I'm sure I read on this forum once a case of someone singing/humming in their sleep. unsure.gif

I am not aware of any unusual sleeping habits maybe I should record myself one night and see if I talk to myself etc.

Yes. My lovely Beagle dog has started sleeping downstairs due to me passing too much wind in the night. She starts with me then shoots off after my first one then doesn't return. Maybe not as bad now the sprouts are done. Also I snore very loudly too.

When I sleep during the day I'm usually sharing the bed with two cats, so I make sure I'm in the middle before they get in and get settled, otherwise I end up sleeping on the edgy with very little covers while they have most of the bed laugh.gif

I'm not sure if these can be classed as sleeping habits but I have carpal tunnel, so I often wake up with pain from my finger tips sometimes all the way up my arm to my shoulder, so I'll often sleep with a wrist support on which usually helps. I also get sleep paralysis a lot, I think its because I have no sleeping pattern and it usually happens when I sleep at night rather than in the day, its actually terrifying, but the weird side of me loves it laugh.gif

What the headboard? Be careful the neighbours don't complain and don't wake your kids. tongue.gif

I am a wild sleeper. I wake up with random bruises all the time :")

Also I like to roll myself into my sheets like a pig in blanket, so I give the person sleeping next to me one of my spare blankets just in case :')

I'm seriously trying to think of something interesting I do in my sleep, but nothing's coming up.

I know that I regularly realise I'm in a dream when I'm dreaming though, and when something I don't like happens in it I can often 'turn back time'. unsure.gif

My sister said when we were younger that I sometimes used to talk nonsense in my sleep. Other than that, nah not really. I guess one other slightly weird thing is that I'm unable to sleep in any vehicle. I've tried to sleep on planes/in cars when on long journeys, but nuh-uh, just doesn't happen.

My stepfather regularly screams during the night (usually swearing) which can wake me up if I'm about to fall asleep.

As far as I know, I don't have any of these habits.

Lately, in a get to sleep unusual thing, I've been going to sleep with a Let's Play video playing (this could work for a radio program or podcast or anything though). It's pleasingly weird as at some point I'll doze off and it'll have advanced to a point where I don't recognise where the video's got to. That's then my cue to turn the device off and sleep. Not good for eye purposes (even though I dim my screens) but it does put a lid on my existential pre-sleep thoughts as I'm instead focusing on a voice and a fairly interesting situation in the game that I nevertheless don't have to pay attention to fully like with a TV show.

Not really aware of anything I do while I sleep though.
