Another year-based thread omg. Here I invite you to share anything at all you wish to see in 2017 that doesn't really fit in the resolutions thread - is there anything you're hoping to see happen in the wider world or in your own life?
- I hope to have further developments in my life in terms of 'real world' stuff (waiting to hear back from the place I was doing work experience in to see if they'll keep me on etc, if not then I've got a plan B) and some more awesome albums <3 Just a better year for everyone pls

In music the end of pitched vocals and annoying high pitch sound effect drops in dance and dance pop records.

In my personal life I really hope for a few things Uni-wise. Namely getting good grades for second year, coming up with a solid dissertation idea and securing two weeks work experience in the summer at a great place where I can make a good impression.
Music-wise, I hope for a better year for albums as I didn't feel massively enticed by that many releases this year. The xx's new album is my most hyped release in quite some time so that's a promising start. I also hope that I can feel more engaged by the chart again this year, seems such a shame to be so passionate about something for 10 years to then witness it becoming a lot less interesting. We shall see on that front somehow. |

I hope pure pop comes back so I am waiting for Katy Perry, Demi etc
I hope every pop artist that has become in something like a mixture between pop and R&B stop making music for at least this year (I see you Beyonce, Bruno Mars...). I hope I get the driving license, I get the money to do a master, I get a good body and I don't have hopes for love as I have always make wishes about meeting someone special and I haven't
