is probably my new favourite supermarket. i got two mangoes, pomegranate, grapefruit, mushrooms, halloumi and passata for 6 ohmy.gif (is it sad that this was my weekly shop)

they also sell freshly made samosas and bhajis by the counter

That literal name reminds me of Rimpy's Fags, Foods & Non-Foods.

It sold cigarettes, as you might imagine in a covered screen behind the counter. There were foods, it sold those too.

And then there was a infinitely long aisle that had everything else in existence that wasn't a cigarette or a food. Depleted uranium, chlorophyll, asteroids, angels, everything. Even abstract concepts like hope and regret, despair, enthusiasm!

Anyone buy plantain? Wife sends me to the international shop here for those. Like a banana really. They always ask if I know they're not bananas! Also aubergine.
