Will you be having some pancakes on Tuesday? How do you like yours? Just with a little sugar or lemon juice or something else? Do you toss them? Had a try once and landed it on the floor. biggrin.gif

I absolutely LOVE pancakes but only with two fillings, sugar or Nutella. I like lemon on them but the other toppings are better in my opinion biggrin.gif The school are selling pancakes during morning break so hoping to get one then, kinda looking forward to it laugh.gif Makes a change from greasy hashbrowns and toasties on brown bread :')

I am all for pancake day *.* I don't like lots of fuss with my pancakes though, just sugar and lemon juice is fine for me heart.gif

It seems I'm not as controversial as I thought...

I rarely have pancakes on pancake day because they're fairly lame. It's not that I dislike them, it's just that almost every other food is more appealing. I cannot see why people go nuts about this day at all.

Savoury pancakes are the best though, it's all about one stuffed with stilton, mushrooms and pear for me.

That said, I wouldn't turn a sweet one down either - salted caramel yes please, rhubarb crumble & ice-cream one yes please also.

I have pancakes with sugar/syrup and maybe a bit of lemon. Other things like ice cream just ruin it

Findus crispy pancakes were okay in the 80's but there's hardly any filling in them now. sad.gif In fact, do they still make them?

I think they still make them laugh.gif I had them not that long ago just for the nostalgia, I think it was Iceland they were sold in. But there isn't much in them, yeah, they're actually not bad but I wouldn't have them too often.

They used to have loads of filling in the olden days but are rubbish now. Used to like the minced beef ones and the cheddar cheese.

A sad day. They're not going to be made anymore. sad.gif

We had them as kids with beans sometimes. Liked the minced beef ones.
