Just to say they're half-price, 54p a packet in Tesco but think the offer ends Tuesday. I like the extra creme ones, Oreo double think they call them. Like the strawberry cheesecake ones but haven't seen them for a while so maybe they were limited edition.

I really dislike Oreos! Out of the many foods I don't like, that is usually one of the ones that causes the most disbelief from people. I have never got the fuss!

Yeh seems odd to me as most people seem to love them. Had to hide them or my daughter will take them all back to uni. Am not mean and she can have them but too many biscuits isn't good and she scoffs a packet at once then doesn't eat proper meals. rolleyes.gif Lasts me 3 or 4 days.

Anyone miss my supermarket food offers threads? They may be making a Steps style comeback if I get enough PM's asking for them. We all need to save a penny or ten..

Why don't you just make a Common Sense thread where you put all your ramblings and those who want to read them can and those who don't, don't have to be bombarded with random threads.

They're like Bourbon Creams in the same way that Ginger Nuts are like Bourbon Creams.

Yeah I prefer Oreo flavoured things to actual Oreos laugh.gif I don't dislike them but I probably wouldn't buy them myself, theyr'e the sort of thing I'd eat if they were there at home or my housemates offered them or something.

I am OBSESSED with Oreo doughnuts though, they do them in the local Co-Op and Tesco and they are honestly one of the best things I've ever tasted.

Agreed, Oreos make a great ingredient in a milkshake especially, or with ice cream/baked goods etc...but I wouldn't rush to just eat them on their own.

Not having any more of this hate. Oreos heart.gif (though the double stuffed ones are a lot nicer than the standard ones, and yes the Oreo flavoured milkshakes/ice cream are better than the actual biscuits I agree but STILL...)

There are a number of differences. I shalll just mention the most important one. Bourbon Creams are delicious; Oreos aren't.
