Did anyone have any imaginary beings as a child? Anyone have any interesting get tales about other people's imaginary pets/friends?

Despite not remembering it myself, I've been told numerous times through the my childhood that I had a group of 'fancy ants' when I was very young that I took everywhere. Apparently once I was on the bus and someone sat next to me and I shouted at them because they'd sat on one of my ants :')

I've never heard of people having imaginary pets before.

I called my imaginary friend Mr. Nobody :') I clearly didn't have a wild imagination lol.

Don't think I had either. My sister did though, and she must've managed to keep it a secret from me the whole time because I only found out years later. I was a very imaginative kid though, it just manifested in other ways, such as coming up with chewing gum packets with flavours such as tomato mellow.gif

My imagination was amazing as a child, I used to always come up with new sorts of inventions, namely swimming pool floats and rollercoasters. I used to come up with stories where I was friends with Gumball racing cars and 'good' sharks as well laugh.gif

For people with imaginary friends, were they just for 'at home' or did you take them places?

You have to be careful with imaginary friends in case it's a demon or something like in paranormal activity.

(I never had one though)

My brother and I started with one imaginary friend each (mine was named Zlippe) but then we added brothers and sisters and new imaginary friends and soon enough had more than I can remember laugh.gif
