A song which seemed to foreshadow Britney's career due to it's lyrical message of the song, basically playing out to be Britney's actual life at some points of her career. Such a stunning song. Just pure pop goodness. No thrills or choreo or controversy, just an all out pop masterpiece.

I genuinely feel that Born to Make You Happy is one of her best singles, a real gem of a song. So, I don't think it still being within the Top 16 makes a mockery of her discography in the slightest...!

(Sometimes I wonder if US fans are a bit cold towards it because it wasn't a US single, and therefore feel a lack of connection towards it in that respect. Idk pls confirm or deny~ ;o )
