We lose the first of the big THREE core subjects, and its Maths. I must say it's done a lot better than I thought it would lmao as there is a general stereotype of many people hating the subject at school but I guess the statistic fans of the site proved that wrong. Maths is an essential subject that gets a bad reputation because it's often taught systematically as opposed to allowing children to explore the wonders of the subject. For those that aren't really "numbers based" it can be an uphill struggle from day one too, but still it made the top 5 which is pretty good going.

English beating Maths *.* I hadn't actually voted for the latter yet as I do at least acknowledge it's importance, but I rlly didn't like it. I wish it had more of a real world focus as I did quite like the problem solving stuff, but the textbook method I was taught was just draining.

I could vote tactically to save English but nah~ Languages to go

English. Mainly for the Literature side of things though, I always found it really hard to infer hidden meanings behind text which seemed pretty straight forward to me and I was often left with a blank page when it was down to contributing my own ideas. Saying that, I did really enjoy reading books like Of Mice and Men and An Inspector Calls with the rest of the class and support from the teacher so it definitely had its good moments too. Poetry will always be the absolute worst though...
