Jessie J's biggest singles on the Official Chart revealed
15 September 2017 | By Rob Copsey You can't put a price tag on this list. To mark Jessie J's grand return this week with her new single Think About That and forthcoming album R.O.S.E, Official Charts takes a look at the powerhouse singer's biggest hits on the Official Singles Chart. In the nearly seven years since Jessie burst on to the scene with the sassy, swaggering Do It Like A Dude, the singer has notched up 16 Top 40s on the Official Singles Chart, including ten Top 10s, three of which reached Number 1. Her record on the Official Albums Chart is also impressive; all three of her studio albums have peaked inside the Top 5. Her debut single, Do It Like A Dude, arrived in December 2010 and entered at Number 25 during the busy Christmas period. It's popularity grew in the weeks that followed and eventually it topped out at Number 2 in January 2011. As things stand, it's the fourth biggest single in her cannon, with 701,500 combined sales, split between 641,000 pure sales and and 6m streams. Jessie's seventh single, Domino, marked a big breakthrough moment for the singer. Helmed by Swedish pop stalwart Max Martin and co-written by Jessie, the result was a glossy and infectious slice of pure pop that earned her a second Number 1 in the UK and her first Top 10 hit overseas. To date, it's notched up 970,000 combined sales, split across 876,000 sales and 9.4m streams, finishing third on her all-time list. For the lead single from her most recent album, 2014's Sweet Talker, Jessie J went big. Aided once again by Max Martin, she teamed up with Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj on Bang Bang - a track that does exactly what it says on the tin. The song charged in at Number 1 on the Official Chart in October 2014 with week 1 combined sales of 100,000. With total combined sales of 1.1m (554,000 downloads and 54.5m streams), Bang Bang is her second biggest single to date. Finishing top of the pile as Jessie's biggest single overall is Price Tag. The second single from her debut album Who You Are features rapper B.o.B and it made a name for her overseas, reaching the upper echelons of charts around the world. In the UK, Price Tag landed straight in at Number 1 and spent two weeks there in February 2011, finishing as the fourth biggest selling single that year. On pure sales alone it's shifted a mighty 1.2m, while it's been played 11m times on streaming services. Her first album was good but haven't really liked much since then!

'Thunder' is the only redeemable thing on that list, so it's a shame it's as low as #13 (and outsold by the non-single 'Sexy Lady' ).

'Thunder' is the only redeemable thing on that list, so it's a shame it's as low as #13 (and outsold by the non-single 'Sexy Lady' ). YES! 'Thunder' is the only song of hers I can properly say I like and is truly excellent. Although, satisfying to see 'It's My Party' not top 10 here. A true abomination in every sense. Shame "Sexy Lady" never got a full push. Could've been much bigger. I believe it only got as high as it did due to use in an advert?

The 'Thunder' love on here really baffles me lmao. 🙃 Like, I don't dislike it and find it ok, but it really doesn't feel like a song Buzzjack would get their pants wet over! It's so... average. Haha.
'Flashlight' is so stunning and was perfectly used in Pitch Perfect 2 but I'm glad to see 'Price Tag' is still her biggest seller! I really thought 'Domino' was a million seller. I love her. Well her personality is annoying, but most of her hits are pop perfection! |

What a horrific list of 'songs'.
I guess I don't mind Domino really but everything else sucks. |

Yeah I actually find Thunder exceedingly average, quite amazing to see Sexy Lady outselling it! Always said it'd make a better single, baffling how they never pushed that (even as a fourth single).
Jessie released some really fab songs (Wild is one I return to frequently, such a fantastic track and I adore Bang Bang too), but only her first album was all that good in full |

Surprised "Flashlight" is so high when it missed the top10. Its a great ballad!
I also love "It's My Party", hopefully it can still crack her top10 I actually love most of her songs, she's a fabulous artist and I love her voice. She kills it live too. This post has been edited by Euphorique: 16th September 2017, 08:45 PM |

Funny how she burst on the scene and was very big around 2011/2012 but then faded away very quickly barring Bang Bang which probably only sold so well because of Ariana and Nicki.

I'm with Tawdry in regards to Thunder. That and Nobody's Perfect are my top two songs of hers.
It's My Party is horrendous. The fact that was a single yet Sexy Lady never was made no sense to me. Glad to see over time Sexy Lady has done better. |
