Just heard, it is is very good, the reason it flopped I would say is that funky house and other forms of fun cheesy dance music weren't doing as well in 2007 compared to previous years, that's why I don't like that year as much. It was more about much 'cooler' electro tracks with spoken word vocals in 2007 which I am not such a fan of.

Here's one of my favourite tracks from 2007, it could only make #37, despite being released in the summer to fit with its summery sound!

A big US hit, No.17 over here (but No.1 in my chart for a couple of weeks cheer.gif), absolutely LOVED this, wish it had smashed.

Sticking with the failed girlbands theme, and a song which is in my all-time top 100, no doubt I'm the only person in the WORLD that loves it quite that much. It was top five in the UK though!

LOVE this, 2009's huge dance smash that never was wub.gif </3 There are loads others I can think of, mainly from around this period as I was into the obscure minor chart hits then.

That is certainly a forgotten one hit wonder isn't it. I too was a fan once upon a time.

Love 'In The Heat of the Night' this too, it pretty much marked the end of eurodance in the charts. sad.gif Same problem as the Uniting Nations one as to why it didn't chart higher I think, this kind of fun cheesy 80s influenced dance was kind of out of fashion by this point (it was bigger in the mid 00s of course).

Unexpectedly massive for a few weeks exactly 10 years ago after prominent use in an iPod advert - I have the CD single from when it was first released (and made a depressingly low #102!) in August 2007.

How is that 10 years old already..... certainly doesn't feel like it and now I feel old. Being that it was Feist it was overplayed in Canada so much we changed the radio or channel anytime it came on and I still cringe when I hear it, haha!

A few nights ago I got this song stuck in my head out of NOWHERE, completely forgetting it existed and started singing to my bf: "you put your hand up on my hip, when I dip, you dip, we dip." And he thought I was crazy until I played the video and he remembered it.
