I've been given the go ahead for my Get to Know thread so hopefully I'll be spending my Sunday evening watching X Factor and answering questions (providing my 3G doesn't run out of data midway through the night - still no Wi-Fi drama.gif)

So yeah, you can ask me anything! Thanks x

- I'd definitely stay in the UK and I really like the idea of living in a city but somewhere a bit more central and not as north as Newcastle probably. Somewhere like Sheffield or Leicester with plenty to do and not too far from home as well.
- I obviously moderate a few areas on the site so it does differ but the best thing is creating a thread about something you love and it genuinely interesting people and getting them involved and commenting. I'm quite passionate about the artists I moderate and movies as you can probably tell so it's fab being able to discuss these things with other like-minded people. That and seeing the secret mod lounges I guess heehee.gif
- Probably Phil because he has all the power and can overlook the entire site from the top. I can't imagine being an Admin with lots going on in real life is an easy thing to do though so I don't exactly envy his job here.

Thanks for the questions, Pete!

I've loved it! As someone who lived in a village before, it's so exciting to be going into the city each day and having so much to do. In terms of the actual studies, a bit scary at this early stage because there seems to be so much reading and I'm not the best at speaking up in a seminar environment but I'm sure I'll settle in soon biggrin.gif

Thanks for asking, Jade!

- EASILY Thor: Ragnarok! He's one of my favourite MCU characters and the trailers have got me so excited. I think Call Me By Your Name would be a close second after absolutely adoring the book, it makes a great signature too ~ wub.gif
- I'm in a very Harry Potter mood at the moment so I'd have to say Fantastic Beasts 2 right now but the first one wasn't really that amazing (especially compared to the 8 HP movies that came before it) so I think Avengers will probably end up being my EOY 2018 #1 *-*
- Someone In the Crowd with Another Day of Sun just behind. The soundtrack was rather glorious but I found the songs that got all the hype and were nominated at the Oscars were the weakest ones in the entire movie tbh. The image of the girls dancing in different coloured dresses getting ready for a night out in SITC was amazing heart.gif

Thanks Sam heart.gif

Top 5 crushes?

I mean .... It's HARD to limit it to just five but right now it'd have to be SHAWN MENDES, Chris Evans (the Captain America one, not the TV presenter one), Dylan Minnette, Liam Hemsworth and Chris Pine probably *-*

(I love how this is just inspired from us lusting over Shawn Mendes on Snapchat though laugh.gif heart.gif)

Favourite lyric in a song?

I'd love to say something deep and emotional but in reality it's probably something I scream along to when I hear it like 'Maybe it's time to put this pussy on your sideburns' in BedRock or 'all this ass on that flawless dick' in Flawless Remix laugh.gif

Fave album of the year?

- The last album(s) I bought were in HMV a couple weeks back. They were Nicki Minaj compilation albums with a few older versions of tracks and some mixtape songs that I don't get to hear that often so thought it'd be nice to own. The last album I bought before those would probably be circa 2014 though, something like 1989 or The Pinkprint. Everything is just so easy to access on Spotify nowadays.

- Lust for Life by Lana Del Rey by quite some way, I think it's my favourite album of hers ever now. Runners up would be Something to Tell You by HAIM & Relaxer by alt-j!

Thanks for the questions guys!! heart.gif

1 - favourite movies ever would be tough but I'm a sucker for Harry Potter mainly. In terms of movies that blew me away when seeing them, films like Her and Room certainly come to mind wub.gif
2 - any movie that just bores me to tears! Recent examples include stuff like John Wick 2, 45 Years and Free Fire.
3 - My holy trinity of artists is definitely Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj & Rihanna. heart.gif
4 - I rarely hate an artist completely as I always enjoy the odd song or two but Robbie Williams is pretty awful.
5 - I don't watch much TV at all but I always make sure to catch up on The Graham Norton show as he always has great guests and is hilarious. I've loved Black Mirror and 13 Reasons Why recently too!
6 - I used to actually watch them but nowadays I can't stand soaps like Eastenders/Corrie etc.
7 - I haven't seen the trailer! Horror isn't my thing at all...
8 - Mrs Potts & Chip from Beauty and the Beast (you could probably tell this from my avatar wub.gif)
9 - Nope. Would you recommend it?
10 - Lots of fun going out as a kid but I haven't done much for it in recent years. I'll probably go out this year though so might do something a bit more exciting heehee.gif
11 - Toss up between Wonder Woman & Spider-Man, I think!
12 - Luigi easily but Yoshi was always my fave from that gaming universe !
13 - Probably The Exorcist for the FilmClub in the Movies forum - that should be terrifying enough to keep me up for the whole month drama.gif cry.gif

Thanks for the questions Dalek!!

Top five favourite and least favourite albums of all time?

A top five albums of all time list would probably look like this but it's so tough!
1 - Nicki Minaj - Pink Friday
2 - Florence + the Machine - Lungs
3 - Nicki Minaj - The Pinkprint
4 - Beyoncé - BEYONCÉ
5 - Beyoncé - Lemonade

but the likes of Ultraviolence, Pure Heroine, Loud, Good Girl Gone Bad, 1989 would all just miss out and I adore all of those too!

There aren't many albums I'd even bother listening to if I thought I was gonna dislike it but from recent years I'd have to say that So Good by Zara Larsson was rather dreadful and such a disappointment after the amazing singles!

All the time! As someone who checks in on the R&B forum a fair bit, I'm always interested in seeing what new threads are made and therefore I've discovered the likes of No Don, Hurtin' Me, Bestie etc. from you in just this past couple of months alone! laugh.gif

9. Of course I would
13. It's a great movie. Nice addition of Tubular Bells, though there are some disturbing moments like that... crucifix scene, and the part where one of the exorcists comes and posessed Regan says some obscene one-liners.

09. I'll have to add it to my (long) list of TV shows to watch then! I really ought to watch more TV! sad.gif
13. I'm kind of dreading it because I know I'll be terrified but it's about time I added another classic to the list of movies I've seen laugh.gif drama.gif
