By a woman in my dog walking group.
 She said I wound her up with something I said and she walloped me around the back of the head.  I admit that I sometimes engage my tongue before my brain. Violence is never the answer though and she can't go around hitting people. I've been severely traumatised since. Told the wife and daughter and both said "Good, we feel like walloping you every day" Anyway yesterday I told this woman I wouldn't go to the cops if she bought me a big box of Thorntons continental chocolates and bottle of champagne to say sorry. She told me to "p*ss off" and chased me across the park.  Anyway her dog died recently so she shouldn't be walking with us really. Good mind to tell her to clear off today. Umm if you tell her to clear off because her dog died, she WILL wallop you again. She has every right to stay walkin with her friends
 What did you say, somethin rude aboot her dog? And what is this wallop? A punch, a thump, a light slap? I'd have told you to piss off if you'd asked me for champagne and gross Thorntons too You know they got bought oot by a huge corporation and now just mass produce crap?

I am sorry you had this experience, common sense. Did you go to the police about this? You should at least tell the leader of the dog walking group what happened.

I am actually the unofficial group leader! She says I'm round the bend and need a brain scan.
Well I had one in 1985 and everything was fine so she can watch her mouth. She thinks life's been cruel to her as she lost her husband when she was just 49. He was only 51 and healthy and just dropped dead in the kіtchen of a massive heart attack. This was 21 years ago though. Not my fault. She keeps saying "yes he always worked, never had a day off and was taken at 51 and you strut around here, lazy git" She just dislikes me.She walloped me round the back of the head just because I asked her if she got another dog would it be another alsation. She calls them German shepherds you see. Well where I come from we always called them alsations and why should I change for her? Wiki says "German Shepherd: Also known as Alsation in UK and Eire."  She was making fun of mental illness too with her comment about the brain scan

Thing is, they all get on to me cos I won't let my Beagle off the lead but have been told not to by the vet as she hasn't got full recall. If she gets out on to the road and causes an accident I'll be in trouble. It's nothing to do with them if I keep her on a lead, short or long. Many people do if their dog hasn't got good recall or is vicious. Think I'll start going elsewhere. Didn't go today, partly cos it was drizzling and partly cos I'm sick of the aggro.

They say she'd get more exercise off the lead. Maybe so but she gets enough for a small dog. She's only a pocket Beagle. Also most people don't like Boris Johnson, so maaaybe don't make him a subject of conversation??
Follow their lead for a few days orrr just find other dog walkers. Know I wouldn't be stickin around if some woman hated me like that or I'd shade reet back!
