By a woman in my dog walking group. rolleyes.gif She said I wound her up with something I said and she walloped me around the back of the head. mad.gif I admit that I sometimes engage my tongue before my brain. Violence is never the answer though and she can't go around hitting people. I've been severely traumatised since. Told the wife and daughter and both said "Good, we feel like walloping you every day" Anyway yesterday I told this woman I wouldn't go to the cops if she bought me a big box of Thorntons continental chocolates and bottle of champagne to say sorry. She told me to "p*ss off" and chased me across the park. ohmy.gif

Anyway her dog died recently so she shouldn't be walking with us really. Good mind to tell her to clear off today. She thinks the sun shines out of her son and daughter's ar*hole and is against me because I don't work.

Umm if you tell her to clear off because her dog died, she WILL wallop you again. She has every right to stay walkin with her friends tongue.gif

What did you say, somethin rude aboot her dog?

And what is this wallop? A punch, a thump, a light slap?

I'd have told you to piss off if you'd asked me for champagne and gross Thorntons too tongue.gif You know they got bought oot by a huge corporation and now just mass produce crap?

I am sorry you had this experience, common sense. Did you go to the police about this? You should at least tell the leader of the dog walking group what happened.

She does have every right to still be part of the group though and is maybe her way of dealing with the grief of her dog dying.

I am actually the unofficial group leader! She says I'm round the bend and need a brain scan. rolleyes.gif Well I had one in 1985 and everything was fine so she can watch her mouth. She thinks life's been cruel to her as she lost her husband when she was just 49. He was only 51 and healthy and just dropped dead in the kіtchen of a massive heart attack. This was 21 years ago though. Not my fault. She keeps saying "yes he always worked, never had a day off and was taken at 51 and you strut around here, lazy git" She just dislikes me.

She walloped me round the back of the head just because I asked her if she got another dog would it be another alsation. She calls them German shepherds you see. Well where I come from we always called them alsations and why should I change for her? Wiki says "German Shepherd: Also known as Alsation in UK and Eire." Was during the war we stopped calling them German Shepherds.

No I didn't report her.

Thing is, they all get on to me cos I won't let my Beagle off the lead but have been told not to by the vet as she hasn't got full recall. If she gets out on to the road and causes an accident I'll be in trouble. It's nothing to do with them if I keep her on a lead, short or long. Many people do if their dog hasn't got good recall or is vicious. Think I'll start going elsewhere. Didn't go today, partly cos it was drizzling and partly cos I'm sick of the aggro. sad.gif

You really don't like commonsense don't you, and have no sympathy for his situation. I am disappointed by these comments you have made on here sad.gif

You shouldn't make fun of mental illness anyway sad.gif

Don't go elsewhere, if you go elsewhere they have 'won'! You have every right not to let your Beagle off the lead!

Yes I know I have. They say she'd get more exercise off the lead. Maybe so but she gets enough for a small dog. She's only a pocket Beagle. If both gates are closed she's fine but I can't shut park gates and if she sees one open she may go through it. They say she might not but there's a chance. They all stick together and verbally abuse me. Thing is, the dogs get on well and I have no-one else to talk to in a day.

They say I talk too much too. biggrin.gif

Oh she also said "I hope they send you to work soon on the hardest job ever and that everything bad happens to you in life" Such vitriol. She was red-faced, like a woman possessed!

Well yes. I shall try. I will be the peacemaker and offer her an olive branch. I bear no malice as life's too short. She doesn't come every day. As I said, her little dog died from cancer.

You are falling into a similar problem as I did on the 'f**k u all' thread by Toby, which is suggesting commonsense should change his personality. Why should he?

BM is partly right though. I know I get carried away and talk far too much sometimes and most of it they say is crap. The other woman watches Corrie so we chat about that and upcoming spoilers I've seen online etc.

I don't particularly want or need friends. They're not friends only acquaintances I say. Bet they'd shop me as soon as anything. Gets boring walking twice a day alone though.
