Sorry if this is invasive or bordering on spy-mode but I'm kinda excited and in a weird headspace cos I found out I'm very likely finally moving out this month or next month to a little place on my own for the first time (already viewed it). This has been a dream of mine for a while and I can now afford it (hopefully... I mean I may have to resort to having leftover bread crumbs for dinner) and feel ready to do it.

Also if anyone has any thoughts on moving out alone for the first time (I realise we had a similar thread recently) or something to share in general about this kinda thing, you can do so!

I live with two students, one of whom I vaguely knew before, the other I found through uni. They're two lovely guys but I can't really count them amongst my true friends, which is a shame because almost all of my closest friends are either ex-flatmates or ex-neighbours.

So when acquaintances or full-on randomers move in with me please be aware that you're also engaging into a unwritten contract to be my friend, I hope that's not too creepy of an expectation okay thankyou.

I currently live with my family! This is my mum, dad, younger brother and cat of course. I haven't experienced living with other students as I commute to University and I'm glad tbh. This arrangement works for me. I of course plan to move out with Bray in the future but that requires me not being broke first. Hopefully in a few years time ~

With my best friend and my boyfriend, it's probably the best living arrangement I've had.

Could never go back to living with family or randomers again.

With my two best friends, they're a couple so it can be annoying af at times but like they're there if I need them and we always have a laugh. there's times I wish I lived on my own but I'd hate that probably because I get so lonely, I know that I can stay in my room all day and they know to leave me be, then if in the evening I'm bored I can just go watch TV with them or whatever.

With my live-in landlords and a guy around my age who I share a bathroom with but I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've seen him and we've both been there three years now, I just keep to myself in my room and I think he works normal office sorta hours and I have so many late shifts.

One of my best friends from school is applying for UCL next year so the ideal scenario in my head is that I can move out come September and find a place to share with him.

80% of buzzjack is hardly capable of social interaction, how do expect them to find a partner?

Edit: I live with 8 housemates whom I didnt know before this year

I live with my mom, dad and younger brother. Can't see that changing for at least another 2-3 years, which is fine because we get along wonderfully.

Best of luck if you do move out, Mattias!
