It's January and that means it's that time of the year when the diet vultures come crawling out of their woodwork to promise you that if you give up XYZ you can become thin and happy overnight! While we all know that's not true, it requires us to usually give up foods that we all enjoy. That has given me a thought. If there was something that we could give up that would give us a life of happiness, what would you give up?

I could easily give up sugar(-dominant products) - that was my first thought as sweet things are always easily too much for me. Happiness is something that I'd give up a lot for though so there's probably loads of answers.

I am very much currently in the cringeworthy mindset of 'new year, new me' because I need to get my shit together. Unfortunately this is going to mean less messy nights out, healthier food and saving money where I can so essentially I am giving up my time, money and food I love to hopefully feel healthier within myself and be more financially happy too.

It is so easier said than done to save money and eat healthy and go to the gym, you really do have to want it.
