What are some songs that NEVER fail to get themselves lodged in your mind for hours or even days on end whenever you hear them? ;o

I've just got this song on shuffle and I can already tell I will have that riff from the subtitle stuck in my head all night now. And I'll enjoy it. x

(I don't think we've actually done this thread before somehow)

The Look is definitely amongst the catchiest indie songs ever along with This Charming Man by The Smiths which I heard on the radio yesterday.

Semi-Charmed Life by Third Eye Blind is very, very catchy. It only got to #37 though!

I nominate 'Chelsea Dagger' by The Fratellis because that was randomly stuck in my head earlier for no reason and wouldn't leave it for a while! I feel like it was the other day too. Also 'Take Me Out' by Franz Ferdinand. Basically... landfill indie. Especially with a repetitive part or a very memorable guitar riff.

The bassline of Adamski and Seal - Killer I find very catchy and often is stuck in my head after I listen to it!

These two immediately came to mind when I saw the subtitle!

I’m going to say Havana, even though it’s still quite recent which is why it feels catchy. Even when I’m not listening to anything I still have the “oh na na na” parts going around as well as the hook.
