Tinchy Stryder is FINALLY out of my top 20 most listened to artists of all time (2006-date) having been deposed by Justin Timberlake.

This is the most eventful thing to happen to me today.

Your turn?

I'm watching here in the UK, can't wait for JT yahoo.gif

This is the 2nd game I've ever seen. It's like... 6 seconds of play, 15 hours of pause laugh.gif

I realised I have enough money now to buy a pair of shoes I've wanted for a while, which was actually a big victory moment.

I'll have to look out that Pink performance, nice to see her getting some recognition!

It's basically just a game of catch but with suits of armour added.

I've still managed to avoid knowing what the Super Bowl actually is.

I also had to try and take pictures of 7 kids in church making it look like there were more.

Sounds like you need to talk to Conservative HQ - they seemed to need to do a similar thing during the election campaign! If in doubt there's always photoshop. tongue.gif

Pink & JT at the Super Bowl. I actually enjoyed watching some of the game too, even if I wasn’t at all invested in either of the teams. I wouldn’t go out of my way again to watch it but it sure beats cricket tongue.gif

Changing Futures Week has just kicked off at my Uni (where guest speakers related to our course come in to talk to us each day) and today we had a panel that included a music journalist / documentary creator. Listening to his anecdotes about interviewing the likes of Alicia Keys, Kelly Rowland, Rita Ora and Tinie Tempah was probably the most eventful part of my day. Getting 9 McNuggets afterwards gets the runner-up position x

I had to get some S4 pupils involved in a poster conpetition for our design festival that we're organising at uni for our end of year show then took them a tour around the building/campus and spoke to them about the course and hopefully inspired some of them to do it themselves which was an odd situation as I feel like it wasn't that long ago I was the one going on uni campus tours etc and now I'm the one giving the tour, it's scary how fast the past 4 years have gone by.

Today I stood up at a conference and presented on a topic I’m actually not that familiar with and then spent the rest of the day talking to attendees about that topic on the breaks and such like. Very long day but it’s the first time I’ve ever done that or anything like it and it went so well and am so pleased.

Good for you. I used to absolutely hate public speaking but have, through forcing myself into more situations at work where I have to brief small groups of people, gradually built up a level of confidence which has definitely helped reduce that fear.
