1. Locked Out of Heaven (21 votes) 2. Finesse (22 votes) 3. 24K Magic 4. Treasure 5. Just The Way You Are 6. Marry You 7. Grenade 8. That's What I Like 9. Versace on the Floor 10. It Will Rain 11. When I Was Your Man 12. Young Girls 13. Gorilla 14. The Lazy Song Well the final threw up a surprise result! All the way through I was expecting 'Finesse' to win this quite easily, but in the final I believe it's release date of six weeks ago counted against it. For what it's worth, I prefer 'Locked Out of Heaven' because it came out at a time when chart music was changing for the better - after years of David Guetta dance-pop had gone beyond stale, this stood out a mile. I associate with songs like 'Latch', 'Thrift Shop' and 'Suit & Tie' as the start of a massive improvement in chart hits (2013 was an excellent year). 'Finesse' is great too, the Cardi B remix bringing it to a new audience and it is undeniably one of the songs of the year so far. However, I think we had the right winner in this final. Thank You to all those who voted and participated! |

Finesse is only this high because it’s a new release and everyone is (for some reason) in love with Cardi B right now. It’s not bad but tbh shouldn’t have been included in this because of how recent it was released Glad LOOH won though, a deserving winner and one of the only things we got right in this

My favourite Bruno Mars single is "Uptown Funk" which wasn't included so I can't argue a decent winner.

Finesse should’ve won but LOOH is still 10/10

Fair result, although I didn't vote, I don't rate Finesse at all so glad it didn't win!

Right result! In a year or two people will be wondering why Finesse was so high up (it's still good - but it's not one of his outstanding tracks)

Yeah I'm glad 'Finesse' didn't win this, it'd have been far too premature. 'Locked Out Of Heaven' is a great winner. Thanks for running this ML ~

Was hoping that 24K Magic would win, but between the top two, Finesse > Locked Out of Heaven.
