“Privledge” is how I wrongly spell Privilege and I’ve made that error all my life.

Also why does the English language have alterations in words with “ou” in them such as “colour”, “favour” or “labour” for example.

What else?

'Bizarre' occasionally trips me up as I go to put two 'z's in there and one 'r' instead of the other way round and then quickly realise my mistake. laugh.gif

I have the same problem with 'sheriff' - one R and two Fs, or two Rs and one F, or two of each!?

Unnecessary (two n's, I think)

Also I recently learned that it isn't anticlimatic, it's anticliMACtic which still just looks and sounds wrong to me.

Because a doughnut is made out of dough, not out of Do kink.gif

Basically any word with two doubles in it somewhere (e.g. recommend/reccommend/reccomend). And I spelt 'execute' as 'excecute' for WAY too long tongue.gif

Very specific & rarely used word I know but I ALWAYS spell Norwegian as "Norweigan" (even done it just then subconsciously - another tricky one)

Ah yes that's quite a common one - even worse is when people spell it "defiantly", a completely different word altogether!

I am a horrendous speller but I think my biggest problem is typos because I always type anything like anyhting and therefore as therefroe. I don't know why I think it is just because I don't look at the keyboard when I am typing ahah.
