Ok, Iím probably pitching this to a certain demographic here, but who remembers CHUMS? Ant and Decalong with Cat Deeley performing a Friends parody on SM:TV Live back in the day. Rewatching Friends on Netflix has got me rewatching this iconic sketch. I remember being obsessed back in the day. I even remember my parents pretending to hate it but tuning in with us excited for the finale episode! It was great seeing the celebrity guests all taking part. I could never imagine this happening these days.

Anyone got any favourite moments? Any younger members that are completely disturbed by the whole thing?

The One With the "Who Shot Ant?" mystery was my favourite. The fact that they found out about it in the paper, and that they were more interested in the other main headline, that Cilla Black got a new haircut, I found rather tickling.

Chums was great! I still have a VHS of it somewhere. laugh.gif Ant Aid was my favourite, so silly. :')

I have fond memories of watching SM:TV/CD:UK; I can't quite believe that was 15-20 years ago. My parents would always get on my case that I should be spending the morning doing my homework instead of watching it, but more often than not I'd defy them (although sometimes they made me record it and I'd have to watch it in the afternoon, or on Sunday drama.gif ).

I'm really looking forward to the 20th anniversary special!

I used to love this so much, it was one of the best parts of SM:TV.
