On a side issue, how long does it take you to get used to the time change?

For me, it can be up to a week.

When I feel tired every time I wake up anyway, losing an hour makes little difference.

I always hate when it first happens cos I instantly lose an hour and suddenly its really late, I get used to it once the next night comes around though.

It's an hour. It happens when I'm asleep, so I don't even notice it.

ohmy.gif The big difference now is that, if I know I'm going to lose a night's sleep (for a general election, for example), I'll try to have a couple fairly early nights beforehand.

Should leave half of them on GMT and set half of them to BST. Then you have summer and winter watches!
