Friday - performed "Dead Ringer for Love" in our charity fundraiser. Then went to karaoke. Performed karaoke. Did "Africa" by Toto, was disappointed that the lyrics weren't accurate. It claimed the lyric was "I guess the rains down in Africa", when everyone knows it's "I BLESS the rains down in Africa".
Saturday - watch Eurovision
Sunday - going to see a Simon & Garfunkel tribute act.

Fri: Had a physical therapy appointment so went to work late, bought flowers for Mother's Day, then met friends for late-night appetizers (which was kinda unfulfilling with too many people in our group)
Sat: Will visit my grandma early in the day, then try my hardest to cancel all obligations and watch Eurovision
Sun: Helping to cook Mother's Day dinner for the first time, what could possibly go wrong?

okay I really bloody want to get through my book (so I can start the hundred others on my list), so I shall try my v best to read my book as much as possible this wknd lol. oh yea and might keep one eye on Eurovision as well! I actually kinda liked Russia's song but everyone seemed to not

Friday I walked over to the package office (a half hr walk) to collect a painting of my sister's that she sent me, rest of the day I just kinda hung around my crib. My mum brought me her dog to look after for the wknd as well.

wknds can be kinda scary at times cos my inner party animal (who's v dormant) starts being miserable at times lmao. that may make no sense to anyone but me.

yup here comes the misery already jump.gif i wanna like go up to dublin again or something but i'm sick and tired of having to do most things alone, instead of some cool, easy-going, like-minded people. am selling my spare ticket to alanis morissette as well and shall go to that alone too :3 #aloneinacrowd

wknds are such weird phenomenons. on the one hand it's good to get a break from a job i don't exactly like, on the other hand my inner animal is screaming out.

this is what happens when you don't party at uni and are too afraid of being judged or misunderstood so you barely ever spoke there

Friday, Birthday lunch with parents and "little" bro. We celebrate as and when we can all make it, the actual day can pass by with texts and other forms of communication.

Saturday, a bed gets removed from the house. Hoover underneath and behind the bed before the arrival of the new one on Monday.

Sunday, actual birthday. Visit from a neighbour, texts from wider family and a quiet day at home in preparation for going back to work.

Friday ~ Bray came to visit ahead of our exams starting *.* the highlight of today was going out to Nando's for dinner as we were both craving it a lot.
Saturday ~ We went on a walk to my local pub for lunch, listened to some records and then of course watched the Eurovision final, accompanied by a Chinese takeaway *.*
Sunday ~ Bray went home this morning, so now back to reality with lots of law revision ahead of my exam D: may catch up on BGT as well.
