I love my moon calendar, dammit @ this month's picture being so similar to that of the other month's thread I created this year, February. Oh well. I feel it fits cos "heinäkuu" is Finnish for July and "kuu" also means "Moon" as well as "month" in both Finnish and Estonian biggrin.gif "Heinä" refers to hay. Hay month, lol.

You know the drill, talk about what you're up to or anything off-topic in here...

July shall be quite a busy month for me actually. Seeing both Alanis Morissette and Björk in a few days time and the latter will involve my first ever trip to the UK ;o A very short one, might I add, but still fun yay. Then hosting a song contest on Buzzjack after that kink.gif And possibly dealing with looking for a new job.

This month the Summer holidays will begin! Just 3 weeks left at work where I’ll be hosting an Eisteddfod and moving classrooms (from ground floor to top floor drama.gif )

Not got much optimism for this month at the moment, have lowkey plans for pride weekend but its dependent on a few other things so it might not happen. I did ask for that weekend off but I only got the Sunday but I'm hoping to go out on the Saturday night at least. Adore Delano is at one of the clubs on the Sunday though so with a bit of luck I'll get there too *.*

Me and Cameron had to say goodbye to our dog Bracken on Friday night so its a bit of a tough time at the moment. He was 12 and was old so it was expected, it was only a matter of time but we didn't know when. It doesn't make it any easier though as we've lived more of our lives with him than without, he's been with us since we were 10, seen us go through everything major and has always been there. They're never just a dog, he was as much a part of our family as any of us and its horrible being at home surrounded by his stuff when he's not here sleep.gif

A much quieter month for plans with the only thing on my calendar being a two night trip up to my hometown for the Pride celebrations. Will be the first time I've been to a Pride event (they have Booty Luv and Lindsay Dracass on the line-up, slay x) and I'm looking forward to doing it in my hometown where it shouldn't be rammed like the major ones.

I have to undergo more surgery on my eye on Wednesday. So that's this month out the window, bed rest and recuperation.

Got ditched by text the another day just after 5 years written by My ex's Mum as there weren't any spelling mistakes on the text I thought everything was fine but out of the blue that text got sent. We weren't living together.

I'm taking a week off work to get my main room redecorated, also heading to Reading for work for a week, which I imagine will be as fun as Reading can be.

I have another week of my holiday in australia left before I start the marathon journey home. First week back in Europe will be a bit nuts as I’m in three different cities in the space of three days, including the UK for the last time until December

July starts off well for me as my brother flies in on the 3rd, then 4th of July festivities on Wednesday and leaving for holiday on the 5th! Then the following week my grandparents and other extended family will be in town to visit. Haven't really planned for the second half of the month, though I'll try to catch a lunar eclipse on the 27th (according to my calendar) and a Harry Potter festival on the 28th!
