• It’s pretty much all close between #2-7 and my most played song on last.fm kept switching over the week. And normally that could make for an exciting race to #1...
• ...Except Ari manages to replace herself at #1 with a quantum leap from thank u, next. Taki Taki is probably the next contender for #1 unless it tires on me and peaks before it gets there like This Feeling did. The completion of The Chainsmokers’ latest album should keep that afloat for the next couple weeks or so
• I’m getting tired of the Sweetener album so there’s some big drops from that. Breathin’ tanks all the way to #5 and God Is a Woman drops 7 spots to #32. Strangely NTLTC only drops one spot
• Still unsure as to how long Electricity will last but glad it’s done this well. This is Dua’s third top 10 this year and fifth overall
• High Hopes refuses to die
• Mark/Miley are the greatest gainers, up 9 spots, Mark could have two songs in the top 10 soon
• Zara jumps to the top 30, while a small vacuum effect grants some small rises for Dan + Shay and AJ Mitchell. The latter seems to have peaked on radio though
• Hailee and Alessia enter the top 40
• Vamanos debuts at #44, making it the highest Kris Kross Amsterdam entry without Conor
• Cheat Codes aim for another top 10 as they debut with their Kim Petras collab
• and finally the token Christmas song comes from Sia. I heard around & Round in a Target commercial but wanted to hold off on debuting it until this month so lo and behold here it is.

Next week is the Christmas chart and the last chart of the year!
