This has reached new peaks both here in the UK (#46) and in Australia (#12) this week on the charts and has been a bit of a slow burner on streaming/downloads but seems to now be making some progress.

Sam Fischer is an Australian singer/songwriter who has been around for a couple of years but signed to RCA Records last year. As a result of his signing, This City was re-released (having been put out in early 2018 initially) along with the Not A Hobby EP.

An acoustic version along with remixes from Luca Schreiner and Frank Walker are also available.



I can see this going Top 40 on this Friday coming. Quite enjoying it having come across it on several playlists now.

Now on its 5th week Top 40 and has climbed to #24. Glad this is doing well! Capital (Luca Schreiner Remix) and Radio 2 playlisting has also kicked in

A remix featuring Anne-Marie out today smile.gif She sings the second verse and joins him on the chorus, nothing too major but it's a nice change to the original I suppose
