21 dropped the first single for his upcoming 3rd album last week with guest vocals from Summer Walker, who made her chart breakthrough last year with Playing Games reaching the top 40 and the album, Over It, reaching the top 10. It's much different from anything he's done before. This is a slow R&B jam that relies heavily on a sample from XScape's 1998 hit 'My Little Secret'.
I'm really loving this at the moment. It will be very interesting to see if this is the route he is going with for the album. |
