We all know that Christmas Tree exists but what do you think, should Gaga release new Christmas music to make the most of the holiday streams?

I’d say Yes!

Maybe like when she’s between eras as something to bridge the gap between one album and the next. She definitely has the vocals to give us a modern day Xmas smash as well.

I have to think about this. I would think she could benefit a lot from the streaming exposure and playlisting but the song has to be very good to justify the release. Maybe something that has a Christmassy vibe but that is not exclusively Christmas song (such as Santa Baby or AIWFCIY)?

I think a Christmas single would be the best move initially instead of an entire Christmas album, because an entire Christmas album would divide the streams between the songs and the fans and the GP wouldn't know which song to focus on.

As you can see, the only artists who can flood Spotify with several songs at once during the Christmas season are artists whose Christmas albums are already classics and have sold a lot in pure sales (Bublé, Mariah...), since most artists can only put one Christmas classic on Spotify's Top 200 weekly on Christmas week, I believe Gaga should do what Katy Perry did, release only one Christmas single for fans and GP to focus on, making it stand out every year at this time of year and after Gaga gets her classic Christmas single, then yes she should release an entire Christmas album. happy.gif

Yea that's probably the best strategy. If she had a song and a tour/residency going, she could just premiere it there and then make it available.

The best move for her is to release a Christmas single next year and the following year to release a full Christmas album with 10 songs: 8 original songs and two re-recordings of classic Christmas songs.
