Wow cool have been looking forward to this since you mentioned it during the summer but didn’t expect it until 20th Nov to 1st Dec time as British artists haven’t got used to an October release to get that Spotify playlist support early.
I like the first song “Christmas Eve” as it’s nice to have a ballad at Xmas from an artist but there’s not much of a chorus and can see myself getting bored quickly but the second one sounds a lot more Christmassy with the bells and chorus even if it does sound like it samples Waitresses “Christmas Wrapping”. Which do you like best Who? Do you think radio 1 will playlist it and if so which one? Remember they didn’t add Mabel or LM tracks last December which I was shocked by. |

I think I'm preferring 'Christmas Eve' right now, I wouldn't really call it a ballad But I really enjoy them both and will definitely be playing them a lot.
And I doubt Radio 1 will playlist either (though if any it would be Christmas Eve as that's the one with the visualiser), as they don't really playlist new Christmas songs I think? |

They used to but for some reason these past two years they haven’t. They Alisted The Wombats in 2008 for example and they were the new indie artists of the time!

Now I've got the dilemma of whether to listen to these songs now or wait until it's actually near-ish Christmas, I think I'll leave it a couple of weeks as I've not heard any Christmas songs yet! But these must be better than that very average cover they did of Wonderful Christmastime a couple of years ago.

No support from radio 1!
Changed to the Cold Winter song as the one I’m listening to most |
