This isn't JUST "a Christmas covers" EP. Every song genuinely sounds like they were tailor made for her.
O Holy Night further proves what we all knew already and that she can really SIIIIING. Amazing stuff. Would have loved at least one original Christmas bop, but these feel like they're hers anyway, so it's not AS missed as it would have been had she just done straight covers! |

It's weird as 'God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen' sounds like it was her own?! It's very her sound and if you are a fan of her sound then it's great! I love it, added it to my xmas playlist.

I’m obsessed with ‘God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman’. It sounds like something from one of her mixtapes like Amethyst but is a Christmas song. So good. |

Loving this. Echoing the love for God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, absolutely adore it.
I was a bit disappointed when I first saw the tracklist because I would love a Christmas original from her, but this is all so strong and she really has made them her own, so can't really complain at all :') She can do no wrong  |

I still can't get over how Christmassy but still Tinashe this all is. It's a really gorgeous Christmas covers EP! Great stuff.

This really is SO good and so inspired in how she has made some Christmas classics her own rather than just doing a straight up lazy cover. Have to admit I wasn't excited at all when I saw the tracklist but she really did THAT.

I almost decided to pass on listening to this but I'm so glad I didn't because her take on 'God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen' actually kind of slaps?
 (not gonna be going back to the rest ngl (there's nothing bad on there but the rest of it is just ok, 'Angels We Have Heard On High' was probably my fave of the other songs), worth it for that one song tho x) |
