3 #1s (hopefully!), 3 covers - but what are your favourites of LadBaby's versions and the originals?

- Starship - We Built This City
- Joan Jett & the Blackhearts - I Love Rock 'n' Roll
- Journey - Don't Stop Believin'

(yes I'm aware Joan Jett's isn't the original but it's the most famous version and the one that's covered laugh.gif)

I've gone for Don't Stop Believin' as favourite original although not really a fan of any of the three, We Built This City was my favourite of his versions as it was at least kinda funny and not overdone by that time. I Love Sausage Rolls wasn't awful either, but Don't Stop Me Eatin' definitely is terrible.

Where is the option for all of the covers being equally dreadful x (ok I haven't heard the latest one yet tbf but still).

'Don't Stop Believin'' is definitely the best original song.

easily I Love Rock n Roll for the originals!

I haven’t listened to any of his songs, and I don’t plan on doing so. But out of the originals, I prefer “I Love Rock N’ Roll”.

Went for Don't Stop me Eatin and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts in the poll,

We Built This City is definitively my least favourite for both, and wikipedia iirc says the original We Built This City sometimes appears in worst song ever competitions, I wouldn't say it was that bad, I don't mind it as a song, but some music critics have said 'We Built This City' was too commercial sounding especially from a band that used to be the uber cool 60s band Jefferson Airplane.

I used to too so was surprised when I found out it was considered by some music critics as one of the worst songs ever but I get their position that We Built This City is very commercial sounding compared to Jefferson Airplane songs in the 60s like White Rabbit.
