Whilst I love to see all the Christmas songs flood the chart every December, I look forward to when Christmas is over and the Christmas clear out begins! Lots of songs that may have flown under the radar in December have a chance to shine, along with older hits getting boosted back in - in part due the gift card effect although its impact has been decreasing every year since streaming became part of the chart.

What are your thoughts?
