Danny is back with an album! The concept is based around a virtual interactive clubbing experience focusing on some aliases of his including my personal friend MC Boing, DJ Mayhem, DJ Ocean and DJ Danny.

On A Mountain is really good, love the trance production. Will check out the album next month, he has such a strong discography already.

actually I found this odd that Pitchfork reviewed it, never thought they will do a hardcore techno album review.
I may check it, loved some things like this back in mid 90s! |

It may not have been helped by the fact I listened to it at like 3am but the song and video of 'Interlocked' are highkey anxiety inducing. xx
'On A Mountain' was a great tune though and I quite liked 'Ocean's Theme' as well. Interesting concept for this album, from the first 4 singles the four aliases really are all very distinct! |

Haven't previously commented on this album but I've found myself going back to it a few times recently and it's SO BLOODY GOOD. Surprising, because it's not the sort of thing I'd usually listen to but it helps that it's jam packed with bangers and earworms! My top three are probably 'On A Mountain', 'Do You Remember' and the wonderfully euphoric 'Take My Heart Away'
